JPK Online Retail requires payment of items purchased before any products will be processed and dispatched. After payment is received products will be dispatched from our suppliers within 1 - 2 working days and delivery on most products should take 2 - 3 working days. Certain products may be dispatched on a Next Day Delivery service, however these may still take 1 - 2 working days to be dispatched.

In the unlikely event that something were to go wrong with the Gothic Fairy Feeding Unicorn please contact us within 30 days of receipt to discuss returns. After this period, returns may not be accepted.
